Nelson N. Osato
CEO & FounderNelson N. Osato, CEO and Founder of Niyu Global Group, established the company to drive sustainable development in Nigeria, leading impactful projects in real estate, construction, renewable energy, agro-manufacturing, mining, and defense solutions. With nearly two decades of experience, including his previous role as Chief Business Development Officer at Kamen Construction (2018-2023), he has built Niyu Global Group into a trusted and community-focused organization. Mr. Osato holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a Master’s in Business Administration, and is a certified Project Manager and environmentalist. He is also a dedicated philanthropist through the CRM Foundation.
Engr. Richard O. Aiyeniko
Chief Operations OfficerEngr. Richard O. Aiyeniko, Chief Operating Officer of Niyu Global Group, is a seasoned Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Engineer with nearly two decades of experience in home automation, security, and renewable energy solutions, particularly solar systems. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Ilorin, he is a distinguished member of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a registered member of COREN. Renowned for his technical expertise and innovative problem-solving, Engr. Aiyeniko oversees the operations of Niyu Global Group’s subsidiaries across mining, real estate, construction, and renewable energy. His results-driven leadership, commitment to operational excellence, and passion for leveraging technology have established him as a leader in the engineering sector, driving growth and value creation for the Group.

Chief Finance OfficerMaris Kelechi George.O is a seasoned finance executive and chartered accountant with over a decade of experience across various industries in Nigeria and internationally. As Chief Financial Officer of Niyu Global Group, she excels in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. Maris began her career as an Internal Auditor at Slot Systems Limited, later expanding her expertise as Head of Customer Service at Ant Marketing Limited in the UK and as Administrative Officer (Finance) at the National Health Service in Sheffield, England. A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt with a degree in Accounting, she is skilled in auditing, human resource management, and data analysis. Maris is recognized for her commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous professional development, and is dedicated to driving sustainable growth and value for Niyu Global Group.

Director of Engineering ServicesEngr. Ariyo Joshua is a graduate of the prestigious University of Port Harcourt, Department of Civil Engineering. He is a registered member of COREN, NSE, NICE, and other certified professional bodies. With extensive experience handling projects from highway structures to estate infrastructural developments, he combines strong design proficiency with advanced engineering software skills. Engr. Joshua is highly dedicated, versatile, and skilled in multitasking, strategic planning, and team leadership, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. His commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainable engineering practices continues to drive Niyu Group’s success in the construction and mining industry.
Dr. David Olayemi
Consultant- Business Development StrategistDr. David is a distinguished Consultant and Business Development Strategist with over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Learning, Business Development, and Operations Management. He specializes in developing and executing strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth. Holding a Ph.D., MBA, and a first-class B.Sc. in Business Administration, Dr. David is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered (NIM), a Certified Management Consultant, and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. Known for delivering results in complex environments, he helps organizations align strategy with execution and expand market presence, integrating evidence-based insights with practical solutions for sustainable transformation.
